 WHAT TYPES OF LEASE TERMS ARE AVAILABLE? 
A: 12 month lease agreements are available.
 

 IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE? 
A: Yes, there is one covered space assigned per apartment.
 

 IS THE BUILDING SMOKE-FREE? 
A: No.
 

 WHAT COMMUNITY AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL RESIDENTS? 
A: Community amenities include: Fitness center, two pools, two spas, business center, playground, clubhouse.
 

 WHAT TYPES OF APARTMENTS ARE OFFERED? 
A: 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
 

 CAN I TOUR THE APARTMENTS OR SEE A MODEL APARTMENT? 
A: Floor plans and photos are available on the website. Visit our gallery and floor plans pages. You may also call to schedule a tour of our community. If an apartment is available to show, we will show it at that time.
 

 WHAT IS THE PET POLICY? 
A: Dogs and cats welcome. 35lbs and under only. $200 pet deposit and $20.50 fee per month, per pet. Breed restrictions do apply.
 

 ARE ANY HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS ACCEPTED? 
A: Yes, Section 8 vouchers are accepted.
 

 WHAT PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE AN APARTMENT? 
A: A deposit of $100 is required to reserve an apartment. You must also complete an application. Fee is $23.58 per adult.
 

 CAN STUDENTS QUALIFY FOR RESIDENCY? 
A: In general, full-time students are not eligible. Full-time students are permitted if there is at least one part-time student or non-student leaseholder. However, there are some exceptions to this, so please inquire. 

Some common exceptions include:
- Single parent with dependent(s)
- Married students
- Recipients of public assistance (not section 8)
 

 IS SUBLETTING ALLOWED? 
A: No.
 

 ARE THERE OCCUPANCY LIMITATIONS? 
A: A maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom is permitted.
 

 WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT? 
A: Water/sewer and refuse are included in the rent.
 

 HOW DO I INCOME QUALIFY? 
A: Applicants must meet the following income qualifications:
The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc. Third-party verification will be required of all income, and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required.
 
Income Qualifications

Copper Cove participates in an affordable housing program. Total household income must be under the following limits based on household size:

- 1 Occupant: $28,020
- 2 Occupants: $31,980
- 3 Occupants: $36,000
- 4 Occupants: $39,960
- 5 Occupants: $43,200
- 6 Occupants: $46,380
 

WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE APARTMENTS? 
A: Available apartment amenities include: Washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge, storage, ceiling fans, patio or balcony with each apartment.
